Every bride wants to be most beautiful on her wedding day.
It’s only normal to schedule a number of special treatments, but there are some things you need to remember.
- Do not schedule a facial the day before your wedding. A facial can cause your skin to become red or break out. If you are considering a facial, plan it for at least one month ahead. Other than that, stick to your usual skin care routine.
- Do not change brands of make-up right before your wedding. Plan a trial run of the make-up you plan to wear several weeks in advance if you are using new products. New products can irritate your skin, and you want to avoid that in the days leading up to the wedding, as well as on your wedding day itself.
- If you are thinking of getting a tan, think again. A tan can easily turn into sunburn, and both can cause sun damage. Rather than tanning, use a moisturizer that provides you with a gentle glow or a self-tanning product.
- Do not attempt a crash diet. Eat a normal healthy diet before your wedding, and try to keep your weight stable. This will ensure that your wedding dress will fit as it should.
The best way to be a beautiful bride is to eat a healthy diet, avoid alcohol and get plenty of rest.
