DJ Or Classical Music?

wedding musicMost weddings you have been to have more than likely had a DJ that played fun dance-music through all hours of the night. [wedding music]

More than likely the weddings you have attended have been college friends, possibly co-workers and friends from the job but they have all been in there middle to late 20s. Possibly even early 20s.

Now that we’re getting more mature and the things that are important to us are changing slightly have you thought about classical music such as a pianist, cellist, harpist or even a string quartet for your big day?

There are many things you should think about when you are planning your wedding and your reception. While planning your reception think to yourself ‘what is the most important thing about the reception’, is it for people to dance and to have fun? Is it for the bride and groom to get a chance to talk to as many people as possible?

If you are leaning towards a more mellow and classy gathering where your guests can sip their champagne and mingle, you should definitely consider re-thinking your music options. People don’t realize they have fabulous music options other than hiring a DJ.
